At KM Tools, we stand by the quality of our home improvement products and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. We aim to ensure your workshop or home project is equipped with nothing but the best tools.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the unused tools back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned hardware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
