Need a sturdy spot for larger tools, fasteners, or finishing supplies? Optimized for strength, the KM Tools 6" Brackets for our acrylic shelves are built to handle the job. This shelf system fits a variety of acrylic shelves, giving you flexibility and reliable support for your gear.

A center support reduces flexing, keeping your shelves solid and stable, even under a heavy load. 

Note: If you are making your own shelf the opening is 6.223mm or .245” (+/- .1mm) I recommend some tolerance so make sure you use something slightly thinner than that like 6mm. The depth to the cleat is 6”.

Jonathan’s Hot Take

I love these brackets, and use them to put up shelves for my larger, heavier items—hand planes, tools, power tools and anything up to 25 pounds—that’s the equivalent of EIGHT full size routers. Any other odds and ends are great on these, and I love that you can even squeeze another 1” or so in width if you don’t seat them all the way into the holders. I mean they’re shelves, I hope I don’t have to explain them to you too much. 

Like all of our patent-pending Katz-Moses Cleat System accessories, it’s made from PETG filament, which is way tougher than your standard PLA. It doesn't get brittle over time, and it’s great in humid or wet environments. We also print with quality settings and add strength where it’s needed most.

Because of this, there is a lead time of approximately 2–4 weeks before your order ships. If your order includes both Cleat System holders and other in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once everything is ready.
